1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and wallet payments such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Venmo, among others.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping to most countries. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customs fees and import taxes are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. However, we always try to use shipping methods that include import taxes when possible to avoid surprises at delivery.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
As a small business, we are committed to processing each order once a week.
Estimated delivery times:
• Domestic: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–25 business days
Once your order has shipped, from that point on, the package is in the care of the postal/courier service.
4. How can I make sure my order is delivered correctly?
Please make sure that all shipping information is entered accurately. Incorrect or unclear address details may lead to delays or delivery issues.
5. What if I have a deadline or special shipping request?
If you need your order by a certain date or have a special shipping request, please make sure to place your order with enough time in advance to ensure it arrives by your desired date. We recommend planning ahead, as we cannot guarantee delivery dates once the package is in transit.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items.
7. Can I cancel or change my order?
No, please make sure to double-check your order before confirming. Once payment is completed, cancellations, changes, or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
8. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
If the error or damage occurred on our end, please contact us within 7 days with a photo and order number, and we’ll do what we can to make it right. Use our contact form.
However, if the damage or issue occurred during shipping or was caused by the courier/postal service, we are not responsible for resending or replacing the item. Once the package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
We recommend reaching out to the carrier directly in those cases.
